Social Media Consent

You hereby agree that we may publish photos, videos and other content on our social media channels as part of our communications work. Thank you very much for your valuable cooperation.

I hereby give my consent for the photographs and/or video recordings taken to be used on the social media channels of Embru-Werke AG and on employees’ LinkedIn channels for promotional purposes and to raise awareness.

I grant Embru-Werke AG a perpetual, irrevocable licence to use the image and/or video material for this purpose. This licence includes, in particular, the right to reproduce, display, distribute, transmit, make publicly available and otherwise present the images online and offline in various media.

I am aware that Embru-Werke AG cannot accept any liability for the unlawful distribution of the photographs and video recordings by third parties. I am aware that employees and internet users may view my images/videos and that my images/videos may appear in search engines.

I further hereby give my consent for the images to be displayed together with my personal data (e.g. my full name, my company and my role, the event at which the photographs were taken, the reason for taking the image/video).

I do not derive any rights (e.g. remuneration) from my consent to publication.
