In collaboration with specialist manufacturing partners, Embru has high-quality mattresses produced locally. We place particular emphasis on durability and quality. In addition to natural materials and the spring core, our mattresses also contain a proportion of foam.
Conventional foam mattress production generates offcuts. These small scraps cannot usually be reused. In a new processing method, these scraps are shredded into flakes and then compressed. This creates a new composite foam that is highly durable.
The result is a resource-efficient yet high-quality product with as little waste as possible. In this way, Embru makes a valuable contribution to a circular manufacturing process and offers a locally produced mattress made almost entirely from recycled components.
