Our expertise at a glance

Welding

When it comes to welding, we combine precision, quality and cost-effectiveness. Depending on the component, material and requirements, we use the most suitable welding process – from TIG and MAG through to CMT, automated robotic welding and laser welding. State-of-the-art equipment and precise process control enable high-quality, reproducible welded joints and efficient production. This results in reliable joints of consistently high quality for both individual parts and series production.

TIG, MAG, CMT or laser welding – you choose the process – we produce the perfect weld. Cost-effective, precise and first-class, with a high level of repeatability thanks to
the seam detection system.

Laser welding robot

The TruLaser Weld 5000 from TRUMPF is an automated laser welding cell in which an industrial robot welds components with precision and repeatability. The system is fully enclosed by a laser safety enclosure, which shields the work area during the welding process. A special feature is the rotating partition wall: whilst the robot is processing a component on the inside, the next workpiece can already be set up on the outside. When the wall is subsequently rotated, the prepared component enters the welding cell. This principle enables workpiece changeovers to take place during active production time, reduces downtime and ensures high productivity.
