Course 1: Basic Training

This training covers the fundamental aspects of the hardware, software and Promethean panel management.

Initial training for users of new hardware or initial training following a change in staff.

Course 2: Refresher Training

The refresher training is offered to build on existing knowledge and ensure that participants are always up to date with the latest technology.

Advanced training for users with several months’ experience of using the hardware and software.

Course 3: Individual training

Individual training also covers solution-oriented approaches to specific technical questions and challenges. Practical solutions to common problems are discussed and strategies developed to tackle them effectively.
